The Wa High Court is set to preside over a Murder Case involving Abdul Halim Yahaya also known as Adaalee and Isaac Anaatakang @ Dapilah on the 14th of March 2025.

Second Accused Person, Mr. Halim Yahaya mentioned two witnesses yet to appear before the Wa High Court after its first sitting on 26th of February 2025.

Principal State Attorney, Lawyer Saeed Abdul Shakur is optimistic that the case will receive the necessary attention it deserves.

Wa High Court: Tight Security During Murder Case Trial

A murder case transmitted from the Wa Magistrate Court to Wa High Court on Wednesday, 26th February 2025 attracted High police presence at the Wa High Court early hours of 26th February 2025.

Tight Security wasn’t present during previous court sittings till The Case involving Abdul Halim Yahaya also known as Adaalee and Isaac Anaatakang @ Dapilah was transmitted.

Police officers at the Wa High Court were led by Superintendent Franklin Kramoh.

The Case has attracted public interest with several people trooping to the Wa Magistrate Court Promises and now to Wa High court premises to witness how trail is ongoing.

The Judge, His Lordship Justice Yussif Assibey indicated that some Media reportages have made the case sensitive attracting criticisms and negative remarks.

The Case was adjourned to 14th of March 2025.
