The National Democratic Congress in Lambussie Constituency is in a State of Mourning after losing its Branch Chairman of Suke Market Zone in the Samoa Zone by name Kumii Banu in the Lambussie Constituency.

The News of his death reached Upper West Media Team on Sunday, 6th April 2025.

NDC Mourns the Loss of a Great Pillar

“From dust, we came, and to dust, we shall return.”
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of one of our cherished brothers, uncle, and comrade, Mr. Kumii Banu Sule affectionately known as Mr. Sule.
As a dedicated and respected leader, he served faithfully as the Branch Chairman for Suke Market in the Samoa Zone.
Following a brief illness, Mr. Sule was admitted to the Nandom Hospital, where he succumbed to the illness at approximately 1:00 a.m.
As customs and tradition dictate, the funeral rites are currently ongoing in Suke. The family warmly invites all friends, sympathizers, and members of the NDC fraternity to join in paying their final respects to our beloved comrade.
May his soul rest in perfect peace.
