The Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN) chapter at Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University (DHLTU) warmly congratulates Hon. AbdulRahaman Markus (General Markus) on his appointment as Deputy Director-General of the Commission for TVET (CTVET). With a strong educational foundation from Tamale Polytechnic and KNUST, General Markus is well-equipped for this role.

During his decade-long tenure at DHLTU, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, serving as Acting Public Relations Officer and later as Deputy Registrar. As Upper West Regional Deputy Youth Organizer of the NDC, he has mentored numerous young leaders, showcasing his ability to inspire and guide.

We are confident that General Markus experience in technical and vocational education will enable him to provide effective leadership in his new capacity. His appointment has generated excitement among the youth, and we believe he will make a positive impact.
