The Nadowli-Kaleo District Assembly located in the Upper West Region has issued a Statement ahead of Mary Haruna’s Confirmation as District Chief Executive of the Assembly.

Madam Mary Haruna Needs 2/3 of ‘Yes’ Votes from Assembly Members to be Confirmed as DCE of the Area on the 28th of April 2025.

52 Assembly Members shall be present to take the Decision. Mary Haruna Needs more than 34 Votes to sail through.

So Far 9 MMDCEs have been Confirmed in the Region, One Rejected and one awaiting confirmation.

Statement from.the Assembly.

Tomorrow, 28th April 2025, Fifty Two (52) Hon Assembly Members comprising Thirty Six (36) Elected and Sixteen (16) Appointed Members will converge at the Nadowli Assembly Hall under the auspices of the Upper West Regional Minister to Confirm Madam Mary Haruna, the President Nominee as DCE for the Nadowli-Kaleo District.
