The Wa High Court headed by his Lordship Justice Yussif Assibey has Adjourned a Murder Case involving Elisha Mahama, Belinda Miller, Kweku Kankumbata to Wednesday, 11th June 2025 after Today’s sitting.

According to the Court, the case was Adjourned for CMC and statements from some witnesses to be put together.

Currently, Belinda Miller and Kweku Kankumbata are on Bail whist the Court has denied Elisha Mahama, the Prime Suspect Bail for Security Reasons.

The Wa High Court during several sittings have turned down requests for the case to be transferred from Upper West Region.

Mr. Johnson, who owns the Royal Cosy Hills Hotel popularly known as Jirapa Dubai, was said to have been murdered at the facility, and his body was discovered in the early hours of Sunday, February 11, 2024.

Three Suspects Are currently being Tried as a Result.
