On the 18th of July 2025, The Wa High Court Adjourned a Case involving the Republic Vs Elisha Mahama, Belinda Miller and Kweku Kankumbata after the Second and Third Accused Persons were cross examined by the Court.

The Court initially Adjourned the Case for Records of procedures to be made ready on the 22nd of July 2025.

However after the court Reconvened, There were indications that the Records of Proceedings aren’t ready due to some ICT Related Setbacks including Shortage of Printing Materials.

Lawyer of Second and Third Accused Persons, Lawyer Lwanga Bagonluri has Appealed to the Court to Adjourn the Case to Either Thursday or Friday to give more time for Records of Proceedings to be put together.

The High Court Judge Justice Yussif Assibey after Analysis, Agreed to Adjourn the Case to Thursday, 24th July 2025.
