The Third Accused Person in the Matter of the Republic Vs Elisha Mahama, Belinda Miller and Kweku Kankumbata has stated to the Wa High Court that he didn’t check to confirm the identity of the person driving Eric Johnson’s Vehicle out of the Hotel on the Day he was Murdered.

In a Cross Examination at the Court on the 18th of July 2025, Kweku Kankumbata, who is on bail indicated that the Deceased cautioned them severally not to stop him when he in entering or leaving the Hotel.

“Eric Johnson warned us [Security] not to prevent him from Coming in or Going Out by Stopping him.” – 3rd Accused Person. Kweku Kankumbata

The Case has been Adjourned till 22nd of July 2025 for records of Court Proceedings to be Collated.

Eric Johnson, CEO of Royal Cossy Hill Safari Resort was murdered in his Presidential Villa in February 2024.
