As the Clock is tickling turning minutes into hours in sequence to becoming years, the season for election of party leaders of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) draws closer,names of people who are either interested in contesting the soon to be vacant portfolios or perhaps are being enthused to contest have begun popping!

To the best of every political institution or organization is leadership and not just any, however one that spell tolerance,honesty,a unifier and highly accommodating nonetheless wealthier enough to take over especially in a fresh opposition party!

It is therefore a signal for the New Patriotic Party that every competent people from diverse cultures,professions and religious leaning have made their intentions about contesting for various leadership portfolios in the New Patriotic Party known.

Again,yours truly(Bayelka Bayelka) had it that,a cross section of party folks also went to Alhaji white and said “Chairman it appears grassroots were neglected by appointees and executives weren’t exempted from all the suffering why wouldn’t you rather focus on your businesses rather contesting again to waste your own resources?

Chairman white replied again with just a short statement saying “the grassroots would say we took the party to opposition and abandoned it especially when it was no longer attractive because we lost power and this is the time to sacrifice and bounce back as a party strongly and with this the grassroots would be able to track,assess and ascertain good leadership “
So,a good leader is often described by those they lead as someone who inspires, motivates, and empowers others to achieve their goals. Alhaji White is known for his strong accommodating skills, ethical behavior, and ability to foster a positive and collaborative environment. Effective leaders demonstrate qualities like integrity, resilience, and empathy, and they are often praised for their strategic thinking, adaptability, and willingness to nurture the growth of their team members of which Alhaji White stands tall.
His leadership skills after the demise of his Boss Chairman S.Kangberee of blessed memory portrays his unifying skills to bring Sisaala,Dagaaba,Lobi,Waala Brifor and all the Zongo communities under a massive united front speaks voluminous of his caliber.

“Bayelka Bayelka“ therefore is foreseeing the best for the NPP to either couple Alhaji Toiba Mahama and Alaska B. Kanton with Alhaji White as either first and second vice or the other way respectively in order for the two aforementioned ie Alaska and Toiba to gain much experience on future chairmanship portfolio because the two are future brilliant leaders.With this the NPP shall come united than ever in the upper west Region for other regions to emulate!
