On August 7, 2025, Osman Mohammed Quanda appeared in court, where he was cautioned and discharged by Presiding Judge Mr. Maxwell Titriku. The case was presented by Police Prosecutor Inspector Yahaya Mohammed, who informed the court that Osman Quanda had paid the remaining balance of GHC 11,000, bringing the total amount paid to GHC 54,220.

Following this development, the judge delivered his judgment, citing it wasn’t his intention to steal, but rather borrowed the money to a friend, the judge cautioned Osman Quanda and discharged him without further penalty.
