The Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University has made significant Gains in the 2024 Economic Year According to the Report of the Auditor-General on the Public Accounts of Ghana – PUBLIC Universities and Colleges of Education for the year ended 31 December 2024.
University ended 2024 with surplus of GH¢1,409,438 as compared with a deficit of GH¢1,294,632 recorded in 2023, representing an improvement of 208.9% in its financial performance.
This was under the Leadership of Prof. Elias Sowley who successfully handed over Office in June 2025 to the First Female Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Hamidatu Darimani.

Limann Technical University, Wa for the year ended 31 December 2024.
Financial Performance. - The University ended the year with a surplus of GH¢1,409,438 as
compared with a deficit of GH¢1,294,632 recorded in 2023, representing an improvement of 208.9% in its financial performance.
