The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Peter N. N To- ang and the member of parliament, Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah have officially launched Jirapa municipal improvement fund on the 7th of October 2025.

This was part of the Jirapa municipal improvement fund program, launched at the Jirapa credit union hall on Tuesday October 7th 2025.
The program, chaired by the paramount chief of Jirapa traditional area, Justice Donlabong ll, drew a large crowd of stakeholders, including the municipal chief executive , Hon Peter N. N To- ang, the municipal director of education, Mr Iddrisu and his staff, parents and students preparing to go to senior high schools and other key officials.

Hon Peter N. N To- ang, the municipal chief executive revealed that Jirapa municipal improvement fund aims to improve education outcomes in the Jirapa municipality by organizing extra classes, quizzes and regular supervision as well as providing teachers training and administrative support to Ghana Education Service.

His contributions have has a lot of impact, from building schools and support the needy students and renovating facilities and providing clean water.

In addition, the member of parliament for Jirapa constituency Hon Cletus Seidu Dapilah has also demonstrated his commitment to improving education in his constituency. In a bid to revitalize the declining academic standards in Jirapa, Hon Cletus Seidu Dapilah donated 50 chop boxes and an amount of GH 500 to each student and 4000 street bulbs to the municipal assembly.
