The Wa High Court Today, 15th October 2025 Convicted and Sentenced A Prim Suspect involved in the Murder of Eric Johnson, The CEO Jirapa Royal Cossy Hills Safari Resort.

The Case was precided over by his Lordship Justice Yussif Assibey, The Wa High Court Judge after at 7-0 Unanimous Decision by Jurors of the High Court.

Before Elisha Mahama was sentenced to Life Imprisonment for Murder with reference to Criminal Code, 1960 (Act 29), he made the following statement.

Statement

I still maintain that I’m not Guilty in the murder of my former boss the late Eric Johnson everything I knew about this is what my counsel has put before you.

I’m just a mare man and I can’t fight the law than to pass through the channel of appealing but I shall put it before the Lord that one day victory shall be mine. He said

However, Belinda Miller and Kweku Kankumbata were Acquitted and Discharged.
