According to eye witness who spoke to yours Jinsung Rashid of GBC Radio Upper West on condition of Anonymity, Prof Osumanu Kanton was coming from DVLA direction in a TOYOTA pickup with registration number
GN -7124-20 on a higher speed and got crashed with a Kia Truck loaded with oranges from Wa towards airstrip junction closer to the Wa sports stadium also with registration number GR-4466-14.

The Accident Occurred on Saturday, 25th of October 2025.

Prof.Kanton denied granting interview to the press saying “i am not ready for any interview at the moment”
Although eye witnesses say Prof was going on a higher speed,he was on his lane despite.
