Today, Sunday, 9th November 2025, marks a significant step in strengthening the Internally Generated Fund (IGF) of the Nandom Municipal Assembly as the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Anthony Ziniel, together with his dedicated staff, took to the field for a revenue mobilization exercise at the Nandom Market.

The team, serving as a revenue task force, engaged market women, traders, and other business operators to collect market tolls and sensitize them on the importance of honoring their tax obligations. The exercise aims to enhance local revenue generation to support key development projects within the municipality.

Hon. Ziniel emphasized that the initiative will not be a one-time activity but a continuous effort every market day. Plans are also underway to extend the exercise to other market centers across the municipality to ensure fairness and inclusiveness in revenue collection.

The Nandom Municipal Assembly remains committed to transparency, accountability, and effective resource mobilization to drive sustainable development for all residents.
