NANDOM PARAMOUNT CHIEF DEBUNKS FABRICATED INJUNCTION CIRCULATING ON SOCIAL MEDIA

The Office of the Paramount Chief of Nandom, His Royal Highness Naa Prof. E. N. Delle Chiir VIII, wishes to unequivocally refute a document circulating on social media purporting to be a Motion on Notice for an Interlocutory Injunction allegedly issued or served against him in connection with the celebration of the Kakube Festival.

His Royal Highness states categorically that no such injunction has been served, nor has any formal communication or court process been received from the Judicial Committee of the Regional House of Chiefs or any legally recognized authority regarding this matter.

The document in circulation is false, unauthorized, and deliberately crafted to mislead the public and to foment unnecessary tension within the Nandom Traditional Area and beyond. The public is strongly advised to disregard the document entirely and refrain from amplifying unverified information capable of disturbing public peace and social cohesion.

The Office further assures the people of Nandom, visitors, partners, and all well-wishers that the Kakube Festival remains on schedule. Preparations are well underway, and the festival will proceed in the enduring spirit of unity, cultural pride, and communal celebration that defines the Nandom heritage.

His Royal Highness calls on all citizens, especially the youth and opinion leaders, to remain calm, maintain vigilance, and continue supporting the traditional leadership in safeguarding peace and promoting the rich cultural legacy of Nandom.
