Mr Mumuni Suleman, the Executive Director of Youth Placement and Employability Solutions Ghana (Y-PES), on December 28, 2025 was eulogized with an honour as a developmental change agent in the Upper West Region as they celebrate their annual homecoming. This, they said was as a result of his consistency, hard work, and dedication toward youth development in the upper west region, especially the Busa traditional area.

Mr Mumuni Suleman, who is also the CEO of Senior Victory College, a premier private basic school in the Wa Metropolis, has demonstrated a lot of commitment towards youth development, especially education and youth empowerment in general.

In his acceptance remarks, he told the youth not to over depend on politicians for their future but rather take their destiny into their own hands by working hard to brighten their small corners of which education is very pivotal and critical in such a journey.

He emphasised that Busa as a community has produced a lot of prominent and great personalities in Ghana, yet it does not reflect in the developmental spectrum of the community.

It is time the youth support all stakeholders, especially traditional authorities, to redefine the state of Busa since there are a lot of potentials that can be tapped for the socio-economic and political development of society. Mr. Mumuni assured the youth of his continuous support and thanked them for the honour done to him.
