In 2019, Mumuni Hakim 27, Basman aged 17, Kassim Samad 20 and Marizuk Abdulai have been accused of Raping a young lady by name Zulfata Bashiru Putiaha. She was 16 Years in 2019 when the incident Occurred

They were charged for Rape at the Wa High Court, a seven member Juror was constituted by the court which consists of five women, two men
Contrary section 97 of act 29 as well as conspiracy to commit crime(rape) contrary to Section 23(1) and 97 of act 29.

On 20th March 2019, Putiaha Zulfata was under a tree at sandamuni a Suburb of Wa whilst accompanying a friend, Mumin Hakim was accused of luring the victim to the room of one of the suspects at Sandamuni where four of the suspects allegedly had sexual intercourse with the victim without her consent.

The Court has charged them on Two Counts, conspiracy and Rape.

Case Adjourned Till 18th February for Case Management Conference (CMC).
