Seven Journalists in an Ash Nissan Patrol Vehicle with Registration Number GN-3518-10 Escaped Near Fatal Accident Close to Wa Senior High Technical School At about 2:50pm Today, 15th February 2026.

They were on their way to cover a press Conference in Ga, a Community in Wa West District when the incident Occured.

The Driver tried preventing a collision on a Toyota car ahead of him, owned by a lecturer of University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (UBIDS). He applied his brakes but his vehicle tyres became slippery resulting in a mild collision which mangled the left brake light cover of the Lecturer’s Vehicle.

No one was hurt in the process however there were some calls for vehicle parts to be replaced.

In the Vehicle was a Driver, a Joy News Correspondent, A Journalist with Sungmaale FM, WFM, Citi FM, Home Radio, Upper West Media App, Ghanaian Times Newspaper.

Initially, More journalists were to cover the event but due to lack of space TV3 Correspondent, Mr. Ibrahim Abubakari Wangara opted to stay out due to lack of space.
