A former Wa Municipal Chief Executive and Business Man, Mr. Issahaku Tahiru Moomin has downplayed claims that he sold government lands Including Parks and Gardens in Duori , a Suburb of Wa Metropolis in the Upper West Region to private individuals.

He also rubbished claims that he is the Owner of Chicken Republic, a Food Joint in Wa Metropolis that has been closed down by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) over some breaches.

Mr. Moomin, during a Media engagement revealed that he Was summoned to the Office of National Investigation Bureau (NIB) formerly known as BNI over some allegations against him.

“I was invited to BNI Headquarters over claims that I sold A government land in Duori by name Parks and Gardens to a private Entity, I was in Accra to answer Questions but today I’m free..”

He recalled several individuals claiming he had hijacked government lands in his name.

“Others claim I have several plots of government land but it will interest you to know that I have only one plot of Land, you can visit lands Commission with my name to Crosscheck, you can even check the names of my close relatives.”

He concluded that several individuals were denting his hard earned reputation with lies.

“People claim I own Zen fuel station, enjoying alone without supporting party faithfuls, these are all lies.

When people detest you they orchestrate lots of lies against you.”

Mr. Issahaku Tahiru Moomin is a Former NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Wa Central Constituency and Business Man who owns multiple Businesses including A1 Bottle Water Company in Wa.
