JOB DESCRIPTION

CASHIER

1. Educating Members on the Credit Union products.
2. Mobilizing the Credit Unions funds from the office or field
3. Receipt and payment of cash and cheques.
4. Data entry.
5. Reporting to Management monthly.
6. LOAN/CREDIT RECOVERY OFFICER

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting, Marketing or finance option)

HND Accountancy, HND Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION

a: Recovering of the entire office loan portfolio by using the Credit Union loans policy.

b: Sensitizing members on the Credit Union loan product.

c: Guiding members to complete loan application forms in the absence of the loans Officer.

d: Assisting loan Committee members to appraise loans in accordance with the Unions loans Policy.

e: Using the five Cs when appraising loans when the head of credit is absent.

f: Ensure that all loans approved are good loans and can be retrieved.

g: You are also in charge of recovering all the loans of the Union with the help of the Credit Committee and head of credit.

h: Ensure that no Current loan under your care goes delinquent as well the existing once.

i: Budgeting of the Credit facilities.
