National Youth Authority on Tuesday,24th January 2022, distributed tools kits to some twenty youths in the Sissala East Municipality, to undergo training in Dressmaking, Hairdressing, Cosmetology, and make-up Artistry as well as Satellite Dish Installation.
The program was held at the conference hall of Sissala East Municipal Assembly, where the CEO of NYA Mr. Pius Enam Hadzide, the Regional Coordinator of NYA, Mr. Amankona Ampofo, as well as Sissala East, Hon Fusini Yakubu Batong and some traditional rulers in the municipality.
CEO of NYA pays two day working visit to Upper West Region youth resource center
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NYA,Hon. Pius Enam Hadzide in the company of the authority’s Director of Administration and the Head of Procurement together with the Lead Consultant for the Youth Resource Centre have paid a two day working visit to the Upper West Region.The visit was in response to the Regional Minister’s invitation to discuss and ascertain work progress at the site of the Regional Youth Resource Centre.
The project Engineer and the consultant conducted the CEO and his technical team around the works that have being done so far.
Meanwhile the CEO further paid a visit to the Regional Minister Hon. Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih as the president’s representative and political head of the region to brief him about his visit and the progress of work so far at the Youth Resource Center as well as how they can facilitate the completion of the project.
The project Engineer Madam Asana Adams conducted the team around to tour the facility for both the phase one and the ongoing phase two.
”Work is progressing steadily and is likely be completed by the end of the year 2022″,the consultant assured the team.
