Missing Security Man

The Upper West Regional Police Command through it’s Public Relations Officer Chief Inspector Gideon Ohene Boateng has issued a statement requesting for details of a security Man’s whereabout.

In a letter dated 25th August 2022, the Security Man aged 62 has been declared Missing.

Statement from Police

The Upper West Regional Police Command, requests for information from the general public to assist trace Yahaya Alhassan aged about 68, who left home for work at Kpaguri Extension, a section of Wa on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at about 4:25pm and has since not returned.

Yahaya Alhassan is dark in complexion, stands at about 5 feet 8 inches tall, slim, has tribal marks on both cheeks, speaks Waali, Dagaare and was last seen wearing a white long dress popularly known as “Jalabiah” over a pair of blue/black strip trouser and a blue rubber sandals.

All efforts made by relatives to trace him have proved futile, hence the

public is implored to assist in reuniting him with the family. He worked at Ziema Wood Works on the Nakore Street before the development.
