Several people are in a state of awe because college Admission forms Haven’t been released yet.

Application for 2022 was closed on 1st November 2022.

The formed should have been released for interested applicants to apply after SHS Results were released along the week.

The Colleges aren’t selling forms because it’s teachers are on strike.

This will be resolved after teacher in colleges return from strike. The Development literally will affect the academic calendar.

Staff of the Colleges Threatened to strike on the 7th of November 2022, the went on Strike 15th of November 2022.

This is as a result of their conditions of service and also because there hasn’t been supply of food to the various colleges numbering over 36 to feed students. Government is yet to respond to the calls of Staff in the various colleges.

Upper West Region has three Public colleges of Education, they are Tumu College of Education, McCoy college of Education and Nusrat Jahan Ahmadiyya College of Education. The Manwe College of Education in Wa East is yet to be absorbed by the Government.
