The Senior Assistant Registrar Public Relations Mr Abdul Rahman Razak has indicated that processes are almost finalized f through formal the engagements with The Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) for the Introduction of Bachelor of Technology Programs in the University’s list of Programs.

In an interview with Upperwestmedia Team he added that 9 Programs have been submitted and the full details of programs shall be made know in not more than 60 days from 5th of September 2022.

Mr. Rahman Continued that the University does not want a situation where Unaccredited Programs will be Introduced in the institution, siting instances where some Universities such as University of Ghana and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology had Introduced programs in a haste and as a result rendered students helpless and Stranded.

Wa Polytechnic now Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University-Wa is a public tertiary education institution established by the Technical Universities Act, 2020 (Act 1016), as amended.
