Former MCE, Hon. Nuhu Putiaha Calls for Swift Solutions to Killings in Wa

The Former Municipal Chief Executive of Wa Central, Naa Nuhu Putiaha has expressed dismay with the Recent Killings and Kidnappings within the Township.

Several security men have been recorded dead or missing since April 2022, the recent issue has to do with a Missing Security Man who went on Duty at Star Standards International School on Sunday 11th September 2022.

Kwame has since not been found and the school has closed down till further notice according the Proprietor Mr. Emmanuel Baganiah.

Statement from the Former MCE

“KILLING/ABDUCTION OF NIGHT SECURITY MEN IN THE WA MUNICIPALITY.

I made a call earlier on August 26,2022 for an urgent intervention by the National Security to stall further killing and abduction of night security men (watchmen) in the Wa Municipality.

Another security man has been kidnapped at Star Standard Int. School, Wa while the whereabout of the last one from Nakore is still unknown.

I want to once again call for an urgent intervention by the National Security and other key stakeholders to nib this in the bud.
