The boucher house in Wa, few miles from kperisi noticed by observers is not as clean as expected, As we all know hygiene is key to consider when it comes to food but as we speak this house is nothing to talk about when it come to clean surrounding and workplaces, the place is full of blood stains cow droppings and other waste materials which are left unattended to for days thereby making the place stinking with bad smell and flies that settle on beef being processed for the market, contaminating these foods leading to all soughts of ailments when such foods are consumed. It was also observed that some workers deficate close to this place. We enquired from the environment officer of wa municipal, Mr. George Atta measures being taken to eradicate this attitude and he said the situation has improved but they are still working on it.
