Special Aide to Upper West Regional Minister and Public Relations Officer for Regional Co-ordinating council Isaac Bafiina has debunked claims the Minister has sabotaged the demonstration process to kick against realignment of Some Courses in the region.
He said the Minister, Alhaji Alhassan only suggested the demonstrators choose between two options which were to either allow the authorities in the region take over the issue or go ahead with their action.
He stressed that the issue was a concern to the region and there was no way Alhaji Alhassan could attempt boycotting the action.
He finally replied to a statement proposing the Upper west Regional Commander of Ghana Police Service endorsed the act by stating that the commander cleared the air by saying his deputy was rather aware of the demonstration.

An organization to demonstrate against possible realignment of some social science courses in University for Development Studies, Wa Campus was met with rejection earlier today 3rd July 2018 but couldn’t meet a proposed demonstration suspended indefinitely.
