Former MCE, Nuhu Putieha to Contest in NDC’s Parliamentary Primaries for Wa Central

Mr. Issahaku Nuhu Putieha[Middle]

Former Municipal Chief Executive for Wa Municipality who doubles as Regional Organizer for the Opposition National Democratic Congress will be contesting Dr. Rashid Pelpuo and others in this year’s parliamentary primaries.

The contest is expected to be fierce as dignified people within the spheres of the NDC will be contesting as well.

The filing fee according to the party’s headquarters is purged at Ghc100,000 for parliamentary candidates.

Hon. Issahaku Nuhu Putieha was the Deputy constituency Secretary for Wa Central NDC before he was appointed municipal chief executive in the John Mahama’s Administration. He later contested in the Regional Elections and won massively.

His communication team headed by A. Walid, Former Tein
President of Wa Polytechnic Has also posted on Facebook the intentions of the Former MCE to contest in the Parliamentary primaries.

Khalid Jnr.

Dr. Rashid Hassan Pelpuo
