The 2019 edition of the National Science and Maths quiz sponsored by the Ghana Education Service has left a number of people within upper west in a low morale.
Two schools within the upper west out of five have been evicted from the competition due to unsatisfactory performance.
Lawra SHS started the competition on behalf of upper west and ended up with 8 points with Bolga Girls SHS toping the group with 24 points, Ashaiman SHS was second with 20 points for the Second edition of the first round.
The Second Round had Jirapa SHS partaking as at 13:00pm 19th June 2019 and the results favored Oti Boateng SHS which emerged first with 34 points, Kintampo SHS was second with 23 points and Jirapa SHS was 3rd with 9 points.
This Means Lawra SHS and Jirapa SHS will be returning home after a fierce Contest.
The Program is currently ongoing at Amangaeshie Auditorium in Legon, University of Ghana.
