Caretaker Finance Minister and Minister for Parliamentary Affiars,  Kyei Mensah Bonus has read the budget for 2021 in parliament in the Absence of a Finance minister.

According to the Address,  the Majority leader outlined some projects the will be continued by the government,  stating that the Wa through Bulenga to Walewale Road which is 55kilometers and partly in Upper West Region is 55% complete.
