The staunch NPP member and constituency Deputy Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for Jirapa, Mr. Zeenamilimuoh met his untimely death in the Monday July 26 accident that occurred between Nana Washing bay and the Jirapa Municipal Police Station, along the Jirapa-Tizza Road per reports gathered by Sir Dicey, a reporter explaining the issue.
According to reports, the sad incident happened after a collision between the victim (on motorbike) and a heavy tipper truck.
He was quickly rushed to the St. Joseph Hospital in Jirapa but was confirmed dead upon arrival at the facility. The sad announcement threw the entire Jirapa town into a state of sadness.
His head was badly affected leading to his inability to survive the accident.
As a Muslim, the late Kwasi Zeenamelimuo was laid to rest in the late evening of the same day in accordance with Islamic burial rites after which traditional mourning continued.
The late Zeenamelimuo as he is popularly called was a friendly character. He could be seen associating very well with children, youth and the elderly.
Jirapa is a Municipal District located in the Upper West Region of Ghana.
Meanwhile, the Upper West Regional Police PRO, Mr. Gideon Ohene Boateng has explained that, efforts are being put in Place to reduce road accidents in the Region by ensuring that the MTTD csrries out daily operation to clamp down on reckless drivers and riders.
