Assembly Member for Kpongu Electoral Area, Hon. Kawabdeen Shaibu has stated that some Metropolitan/Municipal/District Assembly Workers Dispose off their application letters for development Projects into Dustbins at their offices.

He explained that once an assembly worker dislikes you, they accept your application and once you leave their presence, they put it in a dustbin in order for it not to get to the source, he continued that as a result he makes follow ups to ensure his letters get to the right designation in order to avoid such developments.

“Yes we have applied for roads, Kparisaga is not left out, we need a road from Bamahu to Kparisaga and when I apply, I keep copies of the letter also when I submit a letter to the assembly I take the contact of the worker and their name, I also make sure the person doesn’t Dispose it off into a dustbin, we are all In this town, everybody is aware once you need something from assembly, some workers may not like you or concluded your request cannot be granted and as a result Dispose your application off”.
