There have been two suspected robbery attacks in the Wa West District of Upper West Region on 1st February and 3rd February Respectively.

On the First of February a Haojue Motorbike,  Black in Color Was snatched from its owner in the District,  the Suspects went through Buli Community.

The Two armed robbers seized a brand new Haojue black motorbike with registration number UW -126- 22 at Ladaateng in the Wa West District within the Hours of 7:30am on 1st February 2022.

Also on the  3rd of February, Madam Adisah Seibile, a teacher in the Wa West District, motorbike was taken by armed robbers between Varimpere and Vieri around 9am today 3rd February, 2022.

The motor is a Haojue Ash in colour with registration number M-2584-20.

The Wa West District Command has for some years been less equiped enough to combat crime in the District,  the have an insignificant  number of officers,  far below the 1 officer to 500 citizens as required by The United Nations.

The District has only few Motorbikes and and vehicles to operate.

The Wa West District is the Second Most Populated District in Upper West Region With 96, 957  People.
