Some Staff of Gangaa FM,  a Commercial Radio Station in the Jirapa Municipality have threatened to lay down their tools over suspension of a colleague Journalist.

According to source within the Conglomerate, a News Reporter by Name Mwininsagra Maxillinus was suspended for discussing issues of polling station elections concerning the New Patriotic Party, the Victim had referred to the current happenings within the New Patriotic party as uncalled for and a mark of indiscipline on live radio as a result,  he was dismissed by the Founder of the Station who was also parliamentary candidate for NPP,  Hon. Paul Derigubaa.

This has resulted in Some Media Men agitating that the development is a mark of threat to press freedom and unethical to the News Reporters of the station who are restricted from speaking against the Ruling New Patriotic Party.
