Some Residents of Nandom has expressed worry after news of alleged human Trafficking reports were discussed by Nandom FM on Saturday December 17th 2022.

There was a close door meeting on the Development same day by Sisters of Mary Immaculate on the Topic:

“Fight Human Trafficking and Building the Future with Migrants and Refugee”

In attendance were some officers in Uniform from the Ghana Immigration Service.

The Nandom District Police Commander was also present at the close door meeting to discuss possible ways of Fighting Human Trafficking in the Nandom Municipality.

Several people have become dismayed with the Development expressing concern with the urgent way in which the issue is being discussed by religious bodies including the Catholic Church.
