A Lawyer from Upper West Region who doubles as a Politician of the New Patriotic Party has referred to the current Social Programs held at the Upper West Regional Library as deviation from the Missions and vision of the facility.

Mr. Mujeeb Kele Esq advocated for Management of the  Ghana Library Authority to Swiftly ensure that social programs that are not in line Education are revoked from being held there.

He issued the statements on Wednesday 15th February 2023 on his social media handle.

Several political programs are being held at the library Including entertainment programs meanwhile it took the Intervention of a member of Parliament for Assin Central to sort out electricity bills of the library, Kennedy Agyapong, an aspiring Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party Donated Gh₵70,000 to the Library during his visit to the Region on 18th of January 2023.
