A former Constituency Chairman of Lawra in the Upper West Region, Alhaji Mohammed Nifaabeter Donkor has Passed on and his demise has become a shock to several stakeholders of the New Patriotic Party in the Region and Country at Large.

Alhaji Nifaabeter Donkor Passed on 10th of May 2023 after a short illness.

His Final Funeral Rite will be held on 21st of May 2023 at his hometown Kunyukuo Meteo at 10am.

Several party faithfuls are expected to be present at the Occasion including, The Upper West Regional NPP Chairman, Mr. Saanbaye Basilde Sitalde Kangberee, Mr
Kunifaa Kennedy, Constituency Chairman of Lawra,all other party Chairmen of the 10 other constituencies are also expected to be present.

Mr. Donkor was elected as Constituency Chairman in 2018 and won the Seat of Lawra Constituency for Mr. Anthony Karbo, Former Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways, He lost in 2022 to Mr. Kunifaa Kennedy.

Anthony Karbo lost the Seat to NDC’s Bede Ziedeng in 2020, after the elections were held on December 7th.
