An Elderly woman Purported to be in the Wa Municipality has been Overhead in a voice recording directing Defilement suspect by Name Rashid Anaata to Run Away from the Wa Municipality to where he cannot be traced.

In the 25 Seconds Audio in circulation, the woman Revealed to Anaata that efforts are in place to lure him into the region to be arrested, a reason he is telling [Anaata] to be away from the Region for sometime.

So far eight girls are affected and the issue is before the Ghana Police Service.

“Hello Anaata Salamualek, my son I beg you, if you see this message, if any friend of yours calls to inform you that the case is over,don’t listen to them please, don’t come, Incase anyone calls and Informs you to come home and also highlights that the girls have no family members to defend them, ignore all that and stay away from Wa…”

Anaata is currently on the Run and it’s reported that he is currently hiding in the Northern Regional Capital of Ghana, Tamale.

Several Stakeholders including BAHASS Foundation has called for swift measures to be taken in order for the Law to Take it’s course. He expressed his concerns in an interview with Mujeeb Rahman on Radio Mak.
