The Upper West Regional Police Commander, ACP Mr Gabriel Prince Waabu has been duly Promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Police ( DCOP), the 12th Rank of the Service after Serving for over Two Decades.
He was Deputy Upper West Regional Commander of Police In August 2021 assisting Rtd DCOP Peter Ndekugri by then.

He was appointed as Regional Commander in October 2022 and has made positive significant changes to Enhance security in the Region.

He is Deputized by ACP Mr. Bismark Agyapong.
