
The Assembly Member Elections are around the corner and by December the Electoral Commission shall conduct the elections and settle on names that are going to take decisions at the Various district Assemblies.
For the first time in the history of assembly elections in Piina, six aspirants are running for the office of the assemblyman for Piina in Lambussie District.
Of the six aspirants, four are NDC members, while two are NPP members. The aspirants are Cletus Aleviel Lieber (Piina Number 2), Hilary (Piina Number 2), Isaac Kyebeimuo (Piina Number 1), Nchedomon Chiibiine (Piina Number 2), Pascal Bakyene Tengan (Piina Number 2), and Frank Aabe Ikuu (Piina Number 1). Plans are underway to impose a candidate on the NDC. All aspirants must remain committed to their quest to serve the electoral area of Piina.
