The Senior Assistant Registrar in Charge of Academic Affairs at the Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (SDD-UBIDS), Mr. Mu-een Abdulai has Outlined measures they are putting in place to address challenges associated  with Accessing results on the University’s Portal by Some Students of the University.

Speaking to Upper West Media Team on the 12th of November 2023, he Assured that the Problem shall be fixed in the Year 2024.

“on the Issue of Accessing their Results, I think that one is a systematic challenge, we were using some software Which had challenges especially regarding uploading of results and students accessing their results..”

He admitted the School’s Student Management System had challenges.

” even one of the challenge is that we realized sometimes when they put in the second trimester results students are able to view but the first trimester results will disappear..”

According to The Senior Assistant Registrar in Charge of Academic Affairs, the University’s Governing Council has taken steps to address the concern.

“..The University governing council has approved that we should change that software and as at now they are implementing a new software which will take effect from January and we are hoping that all these challenges will be over, it is a software problem that is making them find it difficult to Access their Results but we are hoping that by January, it’s unfortunate and we are actually sorry for that but it will be dealt with next year(2024).”

some students of the Education Department have also Expressed worry for not being able to access their Results since they were admitted into the University a year ago, 2022.  The Courses Include,
English Language and Communication Skills, Principles and Practice of Education, Written During the Second Trimester.
