Nakore-Chansa Technical Institute is one of the Unsung Schools in the Wa Municipality, it’s centered round training Students in Wood Technology, Cosmetology, Fashion & Design and many other technical Areas to prepare them for the Job Market.

Some Chiefs have put measures in place in partnership with the Upper West Regional TVET Director, Mr. Saaka Adams to find conducive environment for accommodation of Students in order to make the school a boarding TVET school under the Ghana TVET Service.

Several Students who have had Admission to the School have had challenges locating the School with Others Finding the way to Elias Technical Institute rather than Nakore Technical Institute.

The School is Divided into two sections. It’s administration is in the Heart of Nakore Town, Opposite the Main Mango Tree close to an NDC Branch Office in the Heart of the Town.

The School is Also Located close to the Nakore Community Dam, few Meters away from the Town.

According Naa Ahmed, Two Students were posted to the School from Tuna in Savannah Region but had Challenges Locating the School.
