Jirapa Naa Justice Dinaa Donglabong Ganaa III was Enskinned Previous Year on Saturday 30th December 2023 at Naayiri Park in Jirapa.

Several people were at the Occasion to Grace it including the Member of Parliament, Public Sector Workers of the Area and Some Sympathizers from Frafra Land in Upper East Region.

Profile of the Paramount Chief who took over from Late Ansoleh Ganaa II is as follows:
He is the Coordinator in Charge of Culture and Language Studies at the Jirapa Municipal Education Office of Ghana Education Service (GES), A Teacher by Profession and Taught Mathematics for Several Years in the Jirapa Municipality. He is currently on the Rank of Assistant Director with the Ghana Education Service.

He Taught at Tampoe M/A JHS, Tampoe M/A Primary School, Koro D/A Primary School.
He Holds a Masters Certification in Mathematics.

He is A Catholic (Christian).

He is the First born of Four Siblings and Only Male Child to Madam Masila Kantabe Dinaa and Mr. Edmond Dinaa (Late).

He is Married to Mrs Mercy Ali and their Are Blessed with Four Children.
