The assumption of Hon Ambrose Dery into office as Member of Parliament for Nandom constituency has been the answer to many of our problems as a Municipality since 2017. There are notable achievements in his name across the constituency due to his dedicated service to finding solutions to our problems.

One of the pressing issues was the lack of clean water in many areas. Mothers and families were struggling to find access to clean water, with some communities relying on a single borehole that often broke down, leaving the entire community without water. It was a dire situation that needed urgent attention. But Hon Ambrose Dery did not shy away from the challenge. He made it his mission to provide clean water to every village in his constituency. With his unwavering determination, he has personally funded the drilling of 159 boreholes, in addition to the over 100 boreholes drilled through the support of the Municipal Assembly.
