The Chief Executive Officer of Students Loan Trust Fund, Hon. Nuhu Bayorbo Mahama has donated A Cash Amount of Ghc2,000, Beverages, Bags of Rice, Cooking Oil, Water and Packaged Foods worth Ghc5,000 to Mentally Challenged Persons at the Bahass Foundation.

The CEO took some time out of his Busy Schedule on Tuesday, 3rd December 2024 to Visit the Foundation at Adabiyyat, a section in Wa Municipality.

He was given a warm welcome Together with a Lecturer of Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Mr. Yussif Fatawu and other friends of his.

Mr. Nuhu Bayorbo Mahama spoke at length highlighting on the need to protect these vulnerable people and also not to stigmatize them, he prayed for them and Added that he was touched together with his wife by some videos of the foundation posted on a popular social media platform known as Facebook.

“I saw some of your videos on Facebook, I was touched by what I saw, so I spoke with my wife About this trip, I promised her I will set aside some time to visit this place..”

Mr. Nuhu Bayorbo Mahama Pledged to give the foundation more support in the near future.

His donations were received by Mr. Yussif Baba, Chief Executive Officer of Bahass Foundation and he expressed gratitude for the support.
