The NPP Constituency Chairman of Nadowli-Kaleo has blamed has blamed their 2024 General Elections loss on arrogance of power. According to Mr. K.O Yenge, the arrogance of party appointees has triggered more people to lose confidence in the party with the end results being the Evidence.
He was speaking to Mr Ahmed Saanyuo during an interview session at his residence.
The Chairman Blamed some MMDCES for the glaring loss to the Ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) pointing to Arrogance exhibited by some MMDCES, Ministers et al as one of the reasons.
“Talking about breaking the eight,I documented certain things, some of the Ministers and MMDCEs were so Arrogant, some of the government appointees, not all, they were Arrogant, MMDCEs did not respect party structures”
He also blamed failed Promises as one of the reasons for their losses.
“We made so many promises but the delivery wasn’t up to what we promised, a reason we bow out heads in shame when we are queried..”
The New Patriotic Party (NPP), lost three seats including Nandom, Lambussie and Sissala East to the National Democratic Congress after the 2024 General Elections.
