The Wa High Court in a Matter of the Republic Vs Elisha Mahama, Belinda Miller, Kweku Kankumbata on 8th July 2025, Ordered for a Crime Scene at Jirapa Dubai to be released to Family of Late Eric Johnson.

The Presidential Villa which is within the Royal Cossy Hill’s Safari Resort was closed for Investigations in February 2024 by Police after CEO of the Hotel was murdered in the Presidential Villa.

Three Persons are currently in the Wa High court being tried as a result.

Principal State Attorney, Lawyer Saeed Abdul Shakur appealed for the facility to be released to Family of the deceased for renovations to be done on it after assuring the court that all investigations at the Crime Scene have been carried out.

“.. Releasing the Facility won’t affect the trial process or investigations.” State Attorney Assured the Court presided over by his Lordship Justice Yussif Assibey.

The Court After his Appeal gave an order for the Presidential Villa to be released to Eric Johnson’s Family.
