The Overlord of Waala Traditional Area in the Upper West Region, Naa Fuseini Pelpuo IV through his Secretary, Jimpenhi Naa Kadri Ibrahim has released a condolences message sympathizing families of bereaved persons whose families and loved ones were involved in the traggic helicopter crush which occurred in Adansi within the Ashanti Region.
Ghana’s Defense Minister, Dr. Omane Boamah, Dr. Mutala Mohammed the Environment Minister and 6 Others died in the unfortunate incident.

CONDOLENCE MESSAGE FROM THE WA NAA AND OVERLORD OF THE WALA STATE ON THE TRAGIC DEMISE OF GHANA’S MINISTERS OF DEFENCE, ENVIRONMENT, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, AND SIX OTHERS IN A MILITARY HELICOPTER CRASH AT ADANSI
His Majesty, the Wa Naa and Overlord of the Wala State, Naa Fuseini Seidu Pelpuo IV, has received with deep sorrow and profound shock the news of the tragic passing of the Honourable Minister for Defence, Dr. Omane Boamah, the Honourable Minister for Environment, Science and Technology, Alhaji Murtala Mohammed Ibrahim and six other distinguished citizens of our dear nation, Ghana in a Military Helicopter Crash at Adansi.
This devastating loss is not only a heavy blow to the families of the deceased and the Government of Ghana but also to the entire nation, which has lost devoted public servants and patriots who dedicated their lives to the service and progress of our country.
On behalf of the Chiefs and people of the Wala State (Traditional Area), His Majesty extends his heartfelt condolences to His Excellency the President of the Republic, John Dramani Mahama (Napogbakolee Naa), the Government and people of Ghana, as well as the bereaved families.
We stand with you in this moment of national grief and pray for strength and comfort for all affected. May the Almighty grant eternal rest to the souls of our departed countrymen and grant solace to all who mourn them.
In this trying time, we urge unity, reflection, and a renewal of our collective commitment to peace and national development in honour of the memory of those we have lost.
