On Friday, 5th December 2025, The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) Hon. Adamu Yakubu assured the students of Tumu Midwifery Training School that the assembly is committed to completing all ongoing projects within the school and intends to initiate additional ones.

These promises were made during the students’ visit to the municipal assembly, where they participated in a clean-up exercise alongside security personnel.

Furthermore, the MCE expressed gratitude to the security personnel and the commander for maintaining a safe environment, noting that there have been no robbery incidents in the municipality for an extended period.

In addition, the MCE generously donated 1,000 cedis to the students and security personnel for their refreshment.
