One of the contractors in charge of Works ongoing on the Wa-Tumu-Navrongo Stretch, P&W Ghanem Ltd has come out clear with the contract document of Wa-Tumu-Navrongo Road, revealing that the Contract is a Bitumen contract and not an Asphalt Project like it’s being speculated.

Mr. Ibrahim Abubakari Yussif, one of the key Engineers who spoke to Upper West Media Team on the 16th of March 2026 provided documents revealing the project is a Bitumen project that should receive double coat.

Mr. Yussif Assured that P&W Ghanem Ltd is poised to deliver quality works on the roads as outlined in the contract provisions.

Meanwhile, the Municipal Chief Executive of Jirapa, Mr. Peter N. N. To-Ang was at Sabuli on 27th February 2026 to monitor the standard of works ongoing along the Jirapa Municipality stretch.
